Under Regulation 20(2)(g) of the Civil Aviation Charges Regulations (No 2) 1991, I specify that the amount of the increase effected by the Civil Aviation Charges Amendment Regulations 2007, that is $4.25, in the international passenger security charge prescribed in Regulation 20(1) shall not be payable in respect of any international civil air passenger who purchased a ticket in the period commencing on 1 December 2006 and ending on 30 March 2007 for departure from
New Zealand on or after 31 March 2007.
This notice comes into force on 31 March 2007.
