G4 Ventilation are Available, and Where Material Proposed to be Incorporated by Reference into Compliance Document G4 is Available for Inspection and Purchase
Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004 (“the Act”), I give notice that Compliance Document G4 Ventilation is proposed to be amended.
The Statement of Proposal is available from the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours
of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
The Statement of Proposal also may be downloaded free of charge from the website
www.dbh.govt.nz
Material proposed to be incorporated by reference
Pursuant to section 409(2)(d) of the Act, I give notice
that AS/NZS 4740:2000 is proposed to be incorporated by reference into Compliance Document G4 Ventilation.
Copies of the material proposed to be incorporated by reference are, until 13 April 2007, available for inspection (free of charge) or purchase at the national office of
the Department of Building and Housing, Level 6,
86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours
of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
