Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004 ("the Act"), I give notice that Compliance Document B1 Structure is proposed to be amended.
The Statement of Proposal is available from the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level Six, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Material proposed to be incorporated by reference
Pursuant to section 409(2)(d) of the Act, I give notice that material currently incorporated by reference in Compliance Document B1 Structure, as set out in the first column below, is proposed to be replaced by the material in the second column:

Copies of the material proposed to be incorporated by reference are available for inspection (free of charge) or purchase through the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
