Notice of Intention to Remove Trust From the Register of Companies
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator that, in accordance with section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, Canterbury Opera Trust (in liquidation), whose registered office
is situated at c/o Ainger Tomlin Limited, Chartered Accountants, 1st Floor, 116 Riccarton Road, Christchurch, will be removed from the Register of Companies due to the completion of the liquidation.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar before 14 December 2007.
