Notice of Intention to Remove Overseas Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 341(1)(d)(i) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
I advise that BenQ Australia Pty Limited, with its registered office at Level 3, 135 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland, wishes to be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(d)(i), as the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Any objection to this removal must be made in writing, under section 321 of the Act, and delivered to the Registrar not later than 6 September 2007 (being a date not less than
20 working days after the date of this notice).
