Notice is hereby given that Anglo-Eastern Ship Management Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong and registered as an overseas branch under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease to carry on business through its branch and, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The company acts as a shipping agent and following the sale of the vessel that has previously serviced New Zealand, the directors have decided that it is no longer financially viable to continue operations and are moving to wind up their business affairs here.
