Take notice that on 15 October 2007, an application for putting Cafe Con Leche Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 24 January 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Milverton International Investments Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of
Bell Gully, Level 22, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland (Attention: S. A. Bonney).
