Take notice that on 10 September 2007, an application for putting Pakuranga Earthmovers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 14 February 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Robert Gordon Foster, Gregory William Haliday and Diane Beatrice Mary Haliday
(all as trustees of Scots Trust), whose address for service
is at the offices of Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Level 20, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.
Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 5745, Wellesley Street, Auckland 1141; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX CP 24036, Auckland.
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 309 4112.
