Take notice that on 13 August 2007, an application for putting Brunor Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 15 October 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is South Canterbury Finance Limited, whose address for service is 17 Strathallan Street, Timaru.
