Take notice that on 7 September 2007, an application for putting IBS Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 13 December 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is AMP Capital Investments No. 4 Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level 21, HP Tower, 171 Featherston Street, Wellington (Attention: M. D. O'Brien or B. M. Cash).
