Take notice that on 21 June 2007, an application for putting Advanced Roadskills Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 20 September 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Institute of Advanced Motorists of New Zealand Incorporated, whose address for service is at the offices of Haigh Lyon, Level 14, Dorchester Building, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
