Take notice that on 18 June 2007, an application for putting Oceanside Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 6 August 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fletcher Concrete and Infrastructure Limited (trading as Stresscrete), whose address for service is at the office of Olphert Sandford, Solicitors, 1208 Amohia Street (PO Box 99), Rotorua.
