Take notice that on 23 May 2007, an application for putting Grape Care Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Blenheim.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Blenheim on Wednesday, 1 August 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fruitfed Supplies (part of PGG Wrightson Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Lawyers, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street (Private Bag 92093 or DX CP 24017), Auckland.
