Take notice that on 22 November 2006, an application
for putting Auto Web Limited (trading as Click-On Computers) into liquidation by the High Court was filed
in the High Court at Masterton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, 5 February 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
