Take notice that on 26 April 2007, an application for putting Satcom Television Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on 28 May 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Lincrad Aerials NZ Limited (formerly Lincrad Aerials Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock & Co., c/o Level 2, Baycorp House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
