On 29 October 2007, the Commerce Commission,
pursuant to section 87(a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), prepared a draft TSO cost allocation determination of the matters set out in section 88 of the
Act for the period between 1 July 2006 and 30 June 2007.
Pursuant to section 87(b) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its draft determination.

The Commission gives public notice that the closing date for submissions on its draft determination is 26 November 2007.
