Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority hereby determines that the following bacteria:
Brevibacillus brevis (Migula 1900) Shida et al, 1996;
Bacillus firmus Bredemann and Werner, 1933;
Bacillus sphaericus Meyer and Neide, 1904;
Bacillus megaterium de Bary, 1884;
Lactobacillus delbrueckii (Orla-Jensen 1919) Weiss et al, 1984;
Lactobacillus brevis (Orla-Jensen 1919) Bergey et al, 1934;
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Hansen 1968) Collins et al, 1989; and
Lactobacillus reuteri Kandler et al, 1982
are not new organisms.
