Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 3 December 2007, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993,
that Kupell Investments Limited be liquidated and that
John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 December 2007 at 4.00pm.
