Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named company pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders entered into the company’s minute book, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and time below:

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
The liquidator’s final report and accounts, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), have been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the company be removed from the Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 28 December 2007.
