Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 15 November 2007 at 3.00pm, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Post Shop Mount South Limited be liquidated and that Daryl Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 November 2007.
