Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of MacNicol Sawmilling
& Treatment Limited (in liquidation) on 30 January 2007 at 11.05am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
