Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Ruka Ruka Ki Ati Awa Trust by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on 31 July 2007 at 9.07am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Ruka Ruka Ki Ati Awa Trust, we fix 1 November 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the charitable trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
