Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 June 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that R B H Developments Limited be liquidated and that Richard Nicholas Ineson, chartered accountant of Christchurch,
be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 18 June 2007, being the
date I consented to the appointment.
I advise creditors that the final date to file a claim in this liquidation is 13 July 2007.
