Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Richmond M and T Holdings Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 7 June 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 7 June 2007 at 10.08am.
