Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Vance and Bruce McCallum were appointed liquidators of Seafresh New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) on 26 August 2002.
Notice of Dividend
The liquidators have substantially completed their duties and will be making a small distribution to unsecured creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 21 June 2007, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
