Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 28 March 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mangaonuku Farming Company Limited be liquidated and that Roger Peter Sinclair, chartered accountant of Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 March 2007 at 4.00pm.
