Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company on 29 March 2007 at 4.10pm, passed a resolution appointing Peter Ralph Clarke, chartered accountant of Auckland, as a liquidator of the company.
