Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 27 March 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of directors, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Perico Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Frederick McCullough be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 March 2007 at 3.00pm.
