Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 5 March 2007, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to sections 243(8) and 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
I do fix 10 April 2007, to be the date by which creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
