Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 February 2007 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Penburn Investments Limited be liquidated and that Trevor Deed, accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 February 2007.
