Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on the 13th day of February 2006, if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: Kiwi Isles Wine Investment Company Limited, care of Corcoran French, P.O. Box 13-001, Christchurch.
Easement: Right of way over Lot 2; marked “A” on DP 6190, specified by easement certificate 117372.
Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 7333, DP 11168 and DP 11777, and the easement no longer serves the dominant tenement.
