Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included
in the Maori Reservation known as Matapouri 49 Maori Reservation which was set apart by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 June 1977, No. 63, page 1567, for the purpose of a marae site for the common use and benefit of Te Whanau a Rangiwhakahu hapu.
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons for whose use and benefit the land described
in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori Reservation by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 June 1977, No. 63, page 1567, is hereby redefined as being for the common use and benefit of Te Whanau o Rangiwhakahu.
