Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the South Wairarapa District Council resolved on 23 November 2006 to declare the parcels of land held in fee simple by the council and described in the First Schedule below as recreation reserves, and to declare the parcels of land held in fee simple by the council and described in the Second Schedule below as a historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
