Pursuant to sections 116, 117 (7) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Gazette Notice B151451.1, and shall become part of the Rangitatau Historic Scenic Reserve subject to the existing reservations and trusts on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
