Notice Stating Where Copies of the Statement of Proposal to Amend Compliance Document G9 Electricity are Available, and Where Proposed Material to be Incorporated by Reference into Compliance Document G9 is Available for Inspection and Purchase

Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004 ("the Act"), notice is given that Compliance Document G9 Electricity is proposed to be amended.
The Statement of Proposal is available from the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level Six, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
The Statement of Proposal also may be downloaded free of charge from the web site:
www.dbh.govt.nz
Pursuant to section 409 (2) (d) of the Act, I give notice that ECP34:1993, ECP35:1993, ECP36:1993, ECP41:1993, ECP50:1993 and ECP51:1993 incorporated by reference in compliance document G9 are proposed to be replaced by NZECP34:2001, NZECP35:1993, NZECP36:1993, NZECP41:1993, NZECP50:2004, NZECP51:2004 and NZECP54:2001; and ECP1, ECP2, ECP3, ECP4, ECP5, ECP7, ECP11, ECP12, ECP19, ECP21.2, ECP24, ECP28, ECP29 and ECP33 are proposed to be replaced by AS/NZS 3000:2000 Wiring Rules (including amendments A1, A2, A3 and A4).
The proposed replacement documents are available for inspection free of charge at the national office of
the Department of Building and Housing, Level Six,
86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, or may be purchased from Standards New Zealand, Radio New Zealand House, Level Ten, 155 The Terrace, Wellington, or may be purchased as follows:
AS/NZ 3000:2000 from Standards New Zealand, Radio New Zealand House, Level Ten, 155 The Terrace, Wellington.
NZECP34:2001, NZECP35:1993, NZECP36:1993, NZECP41:1993, NZECP50:2004, NZECP51:2004 and NZECP54:2001 free of charge from www.ess.govt.nz
