Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Manukau District Court
on 8 June 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
— Toyota Starlet, Registration No. OZ3983.
Against: Michael John Bishop.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (09) 916 2600) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
