Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Jack Hourigan
as commissioner for Omaio School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Omaio School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day of publication.
