as chairperson of the Northern X Regional Ethics Committee for a term of office commencing from the date of this publication in the New Zealand Gazette and ending 29 November 2007; and appoint

as an ethicist member of the Northern X Regional Ethics Committee for a three-year term of office commencing from the date of this publication in the New Zealand Gazette; and appoint
Dr Jane Kerr
as a health researcher member to the Upper Southern
A Regional Ethics Committee for a three-year term of office commencing from the date of this publication in the
New Zealand Gazette.
