Take notice that on the 1st day of June 2006, Bridgecorp Limited (being the successor in title of the rights of Bridgecorp Finance Limited pursuant to an amalgamation under section 219 of the Companies Act 1993), by virtue
of memorandum of mortgage D660553.5 (North Auckland Registry), upon property situated at 96 Mellons Bay Road, Howick, Auckland, being all the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA122C/395, entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
The registered office of Bridgecorp Limited is at Level Eleven, HSBC House, 1 Queen Street, Auckland.
