Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland in pursuance to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be removed from the Register on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed, in particular:
(a) The final report and statement of realisation and distribution has been filed; and
(b) the company is ready to be removed from the
New Zealand Register.
Any person may object to the strike-off if, in summary, they believe the company is still carrying on business, is party to a legal action, that they are a creditor with an undischarged claim, or other equitable grounds as fully detailed in section 321, and deliver such to the Registrar.
Any objection to the removal must be lodged with the Registrar together with grounds no later than the 3rd day of November 2006 (being a date not less than 20 working days after this notice).
