Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
The liquidator of the above-named company hereby gives notice, pursuant to sections 320 (2) and 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that the liquidator intends to require the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties in relation to the liquidation and that the liquidator has sent or delivered to the Registrar the documents prescribed under section 318 (1) (e) of the Act.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 24th day of February 2006.
