Take notice that on the 29th day of September 2006, an application for putting Maine E Tama Dance Troupe Charitable Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 25th day of January 2007
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
