Take notice that on the 14th day of September 2006, an application for putting Whitehart Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the
High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on the 30th day of October 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Plumb-Tech Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Fitzherbert Rowe, Barristers
& Solicitors, Levels Seven and Eight, State Insurance Building, 61-75 Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North.
