Take notice that on the 3rd day of August 2006, an application for putting Seaview Boats Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 9th day of October 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Hutt City Council, whose address for service is Private Bag 31-912, Lower Hutt.
