Under the Companies Act 1993, between Alpine Roofing Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at New Plymouth—Plaintiff:
And—Australasian Roofing Corporation Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Boyd-Tuck Estate, Matai Bay, R.D. 3, Kaitaia—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 17th day of August 2006, an application for the liquidation of Australasian Roofing Corporation Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 16th day of October 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Alpine Roofing Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Govett Quilliam, The Lawyers,
1 Dawson Street, New Plymouth (Attention: Catherine Chetwin).
