And—Grant Conner Contracting Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Croys Limited, 257 Havelock Street, Ashburton—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 25th day of July 2006, an application for putting Grant Conner Contracting Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on the 4th day of October 2006 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
