Take notice that on the 6th day of December 2005, an application for putting Mission Bay Pharmacy Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 2nd day of March 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Drive Holdings Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of its solicitors, Gilbert Walker, Level Thirty-one, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be delivered at that address or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitors at P.O. Box 1595, Shortland Street, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitors at a document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 20-524, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitors by facsimile on (09) 374 1111.
