Pursuant to section 79 (5) of the Hazardous Substances
and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA) advises that it has approved on 31 May 2006, the Code of Practice HSNOCOP 7 1 05-06 Fibre Reinforced Compressed Gas Cylinder to DOT E 7235.
This code provides a means for Luxfer Gas Cylinders to comply with the regulatory requirements of Regulation 10 (c) of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms (Compressed Gases) Regulations 2004 in respect of the standard of design for compressed gas cylinders.
This code can be inspected at the office of ERMA
