Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 23rd day of April 2004 given by Kaiti Mall Liquor Limited in its favour, DB Breweries Limited has appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager of the company.
This appointment commenced on the 27th day of July 2006.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
