Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers and
Managers of the Trustees for the Time Being of the Above-named Trust
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of the trustees for the time being of the
above-named trust on the 13th day of April 2006, under
the terms of a general security agreement dated this 30th day of January 2004, giving the secured party a security interest over all the property charged by the said general security agreement.
